Praise God! He knows that you can handle the setbacks in order to "win the race". I pray this will be the end of the steps backward and everything will be full speed ahead from here. Go feed that starving man we will be in prayer for both of you. Love you, Millie

OK first things first, Bear Bryant wasn't just a coach, he was THE coach. :)

Glad to hear you sounding more like the Aaron will all know and love. Looking forward to reliving a lunch we had at Catfish Inn after you kicked cancer's butt. Remember it?I asked you how you were feeling and you said "wanna fight?"

I'll be waiting.

I have had 2Timothy l:7 running thru my mind today as I have been thinking of you and praying for you. "For God had not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Don't know why this scripture keeps coming to mind for you today. Hopefully, it will mean something to and for you. As always, much love to you both. Cat.

We are so glad everything went well today! I don't know if you are feeling up to tonight's knock knock joke or not, but here it is anyway (the boys would be devestated if I didn't send it!). This one made Caleb laugh for two days straight!

Knock Knock

Who's There?

Repeat

Repeat Who?

Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who, Who :)

Denise,

Thanks so much for the update and good news that Aaron did well through the procedure. Prayed for him every time I thought of him today.

Aaron, brother, I look forward to your return and for the opportunity stand with you and the rest of our brothers and sisters in corporate praise and worship of our God! We'll see if we can arrange something special with the doxology (I love that hymn)... might even play Amazing Grace for you (and our Lord, since God is always our primary object and audience in worship).

Blessings,
CWM

Glad you went through surgery well, and thanking God that things are flowing along.

I have to agree with Dee. Bear was and alway will be THE COACH. Us Bama fans have to stick together. (I know you'll never guess my password for this blog.)

My heart is full of joy in knowing Beth is going home. I can't wait until you guys head back to Georgia.

You guys are constanly in our prayers,

Good morning,
We haven't forgotten about you two. You have been on our minds and in our hearts and prayers. I had been out of touch w/ the blog for several days last week but now am up to date. Glad things are back on track. Today is going to be a good day. I had a dream last night and in my dream I was reading the blog and Aaron had posted about a dozen different little cartoons and sayings each basically letting everyone know he had gotten his walking papers and was on his way home. We will pray things continue to go well and that you two will get to go home and get some real rest.
Denise, (now of course I will always fondly think of you as the dragon lady) hope you don't mind. As I have read your postings you have really been such an inspiration. You are so strong and I have learned so much FROM you reading this blog. Thank you.
PA,
You are strong too and one lucky guy to have such a good nurse taking care of you and going home w/ you. You hang in there. And I will say I (we) have learned sooo much ABOUT you from reading this blog :)
Thanks you guys for letting us all walk this journey w/ you.
We love you,
Amanda, Jerry, Lauren, and Jonathan

Okay, Pastor ... we all know that you are feeling pretty good if you mention Alabama! Of course, you are the one who took your Auburn hat off when you came in our house. Next time we will supply you with a Georgia hat! We will having you bleeding red and black before long.

You are such a blessing to Summit and all the families here. Thank you for sharing with us all and know that God will see you through all this. You are constantly in my prayers. Kadi and Justin pray for you nightly and I just mentioned to Justin that I was posting an email ... he immediately got face down on the floor, told us to "HUSH" and started praying for you. Thank you, Pastor and Denise, for helping us instill the power of prayer in our children.

"Do not ask the Lord to guide your
footsteps if you're not willing to
move your feet." Thank you, Dear Pastor, for showing us all how to ask God for help while making that wonderful effort to move your feet.

Love and Prayers,
Nanci, Michael, Justin and Kadi Maples

Aaron, I'm getting ready for the 30 year class reunion and wanted to let you know that your former classmates will be thinking of you, sharing funny moments, and praying for your healing.

Denise, You are a trooper and we will say a prayer for your strength also.

Love,
Tricia
