Surgery is complete - good report

Friends!
God is good!! Aaron is through surgery - everything looks great and he is headed to recovery!! Dr. said everything went as planned. Aaron had several adhesion's he had to deal with, which accounts for the pain he has had and the additional time in surgery.
Thanks for all the prayers. The next three - five days will be terribly, terribly tough so please keep them up. The first "food" he 'potentially' will have is a Popsicle in NINE days!! He will not be up for company for quite some time so i ask 'humbly' that you love him from afar. The last time he had surgery i was known as the "dragon at the door"!! (Affectionately of course!!)
I have read EVERY comment to him and will continue to do so. Thank you for all the prayers and kind - kind words. We love you all so very much.
The address of the hospital is:
Aaron Johnson Room #265
%Palms of Pasadena
1501 Pasadena Ave. So.
St. Petersburg, FL 33707
Till tomorrow . . .

Well AMEN Denise, that's great news! We'll keep him in prayer and things will be fine. You can tell him if he insists on calling you the dragon at the door that he is incorrect and that you are the woman who rides the..........oh never mind that won't sound right.
Love and prayers. ;)

My sweet Denise, I thank God for you, God sent the very best for Aaron's life partner. I have been praying constantly for the last few days for Aaron, for you and his doctors. God has a mighty work for you both here at Summit. I am so Blessed to have you in my life. I just wish your Uncle Mack could have lived long enough to have been here. Know that I love you all so very much, and I will be Praising God and Thanking Him for a complete healing. I love you, Aunt Sandra

Pastor and Denise,

Even the little children are praying for an easy and quick recovery for you. Tracy's little boy, Clark, asked a special prayer for you at lunch today and he has made me read every one of the blogs to him. God has to hear and answer those sweet, little prayers.

We are glad to hear you are out of surgery and things went well.

Praise God for wonderful news of a successful surgery! All of the kids at Summit's VBS (all 600+ of them) prayed for you once again today. We will continue to lift you all up in our prayers at each Worship Rally!

Nine days is a long time to wait for something to eat, so I hope and pray that popsicle is BANANA!
Love and blessings,

Hoooaaahhh! Truly our God is the Great Physician and the One who orders our steps, for He knows the beginning from the end, and yet He walks with us and carries us along the way. He is a Mighty Fortress in the presence of our enemies, and yet is as gentle as a lamb as He leads us by the still waters. Brother, may our Lord be a respite for you during the hurts and pain to come, and may He comfort you in the shelter of His wings. Sister, may God fill you with His Spirit and His strength as you pour yourself out to love, support, and minister to your husband and our brother. May God give you both opportunities to be a witness to those around you. We will continue to pray.

Blessings,
Chris, Missy, and kids
